Gum stitches dreams

I had a dream last night that I was putting big black stitches through my own gums while I was half asleep. I think I was thinking too much about having to get my wisdom teeth out ASAP.

There were other parts to the dream, like a spot in a cafe on a big green hill by the ocean and two guys were fighting over this girl and it sort of was and sort of wasn't me, and other parts that I don't remember very well and can't really put into words. It was a kind of surrealist, very strange group of dreams.

Gonna go take a bath and think for a bit.
