Argh!

Blogger is all messed up. I can't get to the template for my "tester" blog, which I use to tweak templates before I publish them on my blog. I've been making a holiday template for my little sister and I'm not quite done fixing it, and I really want to get it done before I go home and face the horrors of *gasp* the dial-up modem. Blogger, fix thyself!
